Conference Panel to Hearing Panel
When a Conference Panel decides to refer a matter to the Hearing Panel, or where there has been an Objection to an Order issued by the Conference Panel, the President of the Conference Panel notifies the President of the Disciplinary Board and the Church Attorney of that decision.
No other materials from any prior proceedings, Intake, or Conference Panel proceedings, are provided to the Hearing Panel with this Notice. (Title IV.13.1)
Participants
The Church Attorney receives this initial Notice and then has ten days to provide the Hearing Panel with the updated Written Statement of the alleged Offenses. (Title IV.13.2)
The President of the Conference Panel is officially responsible to forward the Notice of Referral or Objection to the President of the Disciplinary Board. The President of the Disciplinary Board then forwards the Notice of Objection to the Members of the Hearing Panel.
